Before Moonbrook falls into control of The Defias Brotherhood, Stavlan, who is near his mid age, is just a kind mundane teacher in a local school. Untill one day a few years ago, Stavan decides to go to the outside world to pursue a new life because in Moonbrook he is feeling alone and lost his job under the influence of The Defias riot.Tower Defense
It might be a comfortable thing to experience life by reading and travelling, but in fact you have to raise yourself once you are away from home. As a result, Stavlan has to pick up teaching again as a means of livelihood, and it is said that one of the nobilities in the Stormwind wants a tutor at that time, so he writes an application letter in a very humble tone. As a result, Stavlan gets this good job which admired by many local ordinary people. When he receives the appointment letter, this rural teacher is so excited and he thinks he is going to step into the upper class from now on. However, it proves that this is just the beginning of all the tragedies in Stavlan’s future.
Born in a noble family, Giles is as terribly naughty as other children of twelve or thirteen years old. However, it is the boy’s elder sister, Tilloa, who throws Stalvan into bewilderment. She gives this new tutor a deep impression with her noble disposition and youth enticing flavor the first time they meet. One day, when Stalvan is teaching Giles history, he notices through the window that Tilloa is watering the flowers in the courtyard who gives him a sweet smile in replied to his watching. Stalvan’s heart which has been lonely for years seemed to be watered too, he feels just like the youth who just falls in love.knightFall
In the following days, the passion Tilloa uses towards Stalvan is beyond the relationship between teacher and student as well as master and servant. At least it is true to Stalvan himself. The girl, who is young and beautiful, clever and cute, noble and gentle, affects Stalvan’s whole nerves by every of her moves and expressions. And Stalvan, who is used to be humble and cautious, can’t restrain his love to Tilloa any longer. As a result, he is involved in it deeper and deeper, he nearly forgets an important fact that he knows in the beginning: as a firstborn daughter in a noble family, Tilloa has already been engaged with a childe of another noble family.
This engagement must be arranged by her parents, it shall not be her intention. Actually, it is better to say this is Stalvan’s own subjective idea than to say this is his calmly objective judgment. What’s worse, such little cussed delusion, like a vase, is broken into pieces by the appearance of Tilloa’s young, handsome and well-born fiancé. Irritation, sorrow, envy, inferiority and so on, a storm of human negative vibes raises in Stalvan’s head at once. And it is a sentence of introduction said by Tilloa—this is uncle Stalvan, a very kind old man…that pushes the whole thing into extreme.World of Warcraft
I am an uncle? An old man! I am just several years older than they are!! Stalvan growls in his notebook. He tells himself: I am fooled and cheated. There exists no love any more; it is replaced by hatred and insult, as well as the hysterical madness and the desire of revenge.
Stalvan doesn’t have to wait long, there finally comes the day. The noble couple who employ him die by his knife. The blood of the boy, Giles, who is taught by him, ensanguines his lappet. What is the most important is that, we can’t imagine what expression on his face is when Tilloa is killed painfully by him at last.
The blood, which ensanguines the floors of the whole luxurious villa of the noble family, puts off the fire of Stalvan’s revenge and temporarily cools him down to be a person of humility in the former days. Morgan Ladimore, the same kind of people who kill others accidently in extreme anger, kills himself after he wakes up in order to expiate his sin; differently, rather a noble and brave knight, Stalvan is only a compliant teacher in the country. He dares not deliver himself up or kill himself, but to run away like a coward.
Fleeing in the gloomy Duskwood pointlessly, stalvan has to face the fear of retribution, the sting of conscience, and the yearn for Tilloa after he calms sown. There are many ghosts and monsters in the forest, however, what really makes him suffering and restless is probably his own shadow.
We don’t know how many days Stalvan has spent in the deserted manor which is named after him, with his head and mind suffered a lot. At the moment he is brought to justice, this heart-bowed demon still cries the name of the unlucky girl hysterically:
“Tilloa, is that you? Where are you!!??”
Stalvan was dead. However, his legend, still like a shadow, envelops the sky of Duskwood in the following days.
A friend who studies psychology once told me that one needed the coequal hate to fill in the inner gap when he was suffering from unrequited love.
There is a common phenomenon in law field: the real murderous criminals are usually ordinary men who don’t seem outstanding at all, as they have been oppressed for too long and too much, they broke out in such a fierce way when they lost control.WOW Power Leveling
Did Stalvan love Tilloa? Yes, he did. He loved her for the many beauties that he himself didn’t have. Love created longing, and longing developed into a fantasy, when the fantasy went down, the feeling of inferiority and the pain of being cheated made him take up the weapon and committed the atrocity that he himself couldn’t imagine.
Did Tilloa love Stalvan? Obviously no, then why she was so passionate to Stalvan? Maybe it is just the nature brings of a young maiden or just the wishful thinking of Stalvan. More practically, it maybe just the extension of superiority of being a noble girl, she just wanted to flatter her vanity and it is the emotion alms to the weak. It is impossible for a noble girl to fall in love with a humble and old tutor, but she wanted to get the pursue and admire from the around, the cruel and natural character of the women.
Stalvan’s blood had already dried up, this painful soul had been sitting with muddle-minded in the manor day and night. Only when the wind blows, and the only little white flower in the manor was swaying, Stalvan’s lifeless eyes will sparkle (as to Stalvan who has mental block, the one who took away Tilloa is not himself, but Tilloa’s fiance). Ironically, he is afraid he doesn’t know how the local name this little white:
It is called the Tear of Tilloa. |
