EBAY上花780刀买了个假LV！最新消息@@@@@

我刚刚在EBAY上买了个LV3彩水桶包，上面讲是在日本买的，有原来的RECEIPT，但是我收到了以后发现包很假，80%是假的，做工很粗，给我的RECEIPT是什么在PERTH LV店买的价值210刀的小钱包的RECEIPT，气死我了，不知道该怎么办。

这个卖家之前就很讨厌，我说要PAYPAL，而且我都已经付了，她的帖子上也说接受PAYPAL，可等PAYPAL告诉她我已经付了钱之后，她立马和我说不行，她只能要BANK DEPOSIT，如果不行，她就不卖了。后来在我的坚持下她才同意的。郁闷！！还有她就在PERTH，我要求当面交易她就是不肯，说她忙，看来是心虚呀！

还有这个3彩色水桶包到底怎么区分真假？我能不能明天去LV店里验货？如果我要退的话她会不会说我已经掉包了什么的？我好担心啊，因为第一次用EBAY就出这档子事。。。

简直不可理喻！我在EBAY上开了个dispute，把情况说明了一下，要求卖家退款760刀，可她只同意退740刀，说是因为有邮费，好，我同意了，这样DISPUTE就关闭了，她还要求我在上个星期5要给她寄过去，我也寄了，可到了今天我的退款还没有收到，一查PAYPAL，上面写refund from xxx removed，之前我只看到refund offer from xxx. 我打电话给PAYPAL， 人家说卖家因为insufficient fund，靠！这不是明摆着不想退钱嘛！！现在PAYPAL又给我开了个CLAIM，还不知道那个讨厌的卖家会耍什么花招呢！

终于PAYPAY给我的答复是Recover 我全部 778刀的损失，如果我有多出来的损失，PAYPAL还可以帮我和卖家要！！

爽啊~~~~开心啊~~~~~~Paypal说如果卖家的账户上的钱还是不够的话，他们就要限制卖家账户的使用了，哈哈~

大家给出点主意，我拿到refund之后怎么整治一下那个niao人！！！！！

她的标题是LV包with receipt ，而且她还说It comes with the original receipt but the bag does not have a dust bag. 我当然会以为这个收据是包的收据，可是当我收到包的时候，给我的收据是一个零钱包210，还有两个不知道什么东西的，一个9刀，一个59刀，然后她给我回说收据是ID TAG的收据
I am glad you got the bag. Firstly, I do not have the receipt for the bag. I only have the receipt for the tag, which i stated in my auction. The tag is not the original tag, like I stated as I had my initials printed on the original one and I have kept that one. I bought another one a while back as I put the original one on my luggage bag. The one that you have there is the newest one and it will not have my initials on it.

还有这个包怎么看都像假的，我不知道怎样才能证明？如果证明不了，那该怎么办呢？包的两个侧面口袋的里层都有点掉色，还有一些磨损，她的帖子里也没有说明，这样能不能作为理由来退货呢？

其实她之前就因为我是用paypal付钱，她就说要relist包，不卖给我了，我说你帖子里明明说接受PAYPAL的，为什么不卖给我，又为什么不肯见面交易，后来她才同意用PAYPAL的。那现在我还可以REPORT 她吗？

Hi there. thank you for purchasing the bag, but I am going to relist the item as every other buyer of my bags have paid via bank deposit and only you have not wanted to. i can not possibly afford to have my high end handbags being charged extra fee via paypal. I shall refund the money to you and relist the bag. I hope you understand this. If you are still wanting the bag then you are more then welcome to have it but not being paid with by paypal.

樓主，你說包怎麽看都是假的，那你一定要有確鑿證據才行，否則她可以完全deny，最方便的方法就是去city的LV店要求鋻証並出一張證明，不知道要不要收費，不過如果是假的話應該會收取一定鑑定費。

要是有證明的話，就可以很有力的要求paypal退款了。

我本人和朋友都有過類似情況，退款是沒有問題的，不過可能要一段時間，我用了1個禮拜左右，朋友說有時會到1到2個月。

真的三彩水桶包，在包里面，靠近缝线的位置，有编码的，你可以仔细找找看，因为三彩的，都是很淡的编码

编码是有的 VI1005  和卖家讲的购买时间上是吻合的 但是这个完全不能证明什么啊。。包侧面的两个小袋子的衬里都掉色。
